What I do

I live and breathe photography and feel fortunate to work at something I love so much; it makes going the extra mile to capture the perfect moment such a pleasure.
 
Behind every project I photograph are people who’ve poured heart and soul into creating something special, and my job is to help tell their stories. I take an enthusiastic and friendly approach in my work because I love making engaging pictures that help my clients succeed with their projects, whether driven by commercial interests or the simple desire for something beautiful on their wall. I’m based inLondon, but work internationally in a variety of fields with individuals, businesses, charities and NGOs. With over 12 years of experience as a photographer, my portfolio spans contemporary portraiture, architecture and interiors, through to commercial and social documentary. I particularly enjoy photographing people and their creations, both commercial and creative, as well as homes and families.
 
My journey here

My love of photography grew out of a fair bit of globetrotting in a former life in the fashion industry. I worked in London, Paris and Bordeaux, traveling to Europe and Hong Kong whilst consulting for companies such as Burberry, Arcadia, and their suppliers… I started out in textile design and ended up heading the development of an internationally renowned suite of fashion/textiles design software. As I started to document the people, architecture and urban landscapes encountered on my travels, photography grew into an obsession. While I still retain a strong interest in all aspects of design and visual communication, my visual interests have distilled into the thing that matters to me most: photography as a tool for emotional connection and communication.

Projects are commissioned as time-based contracts or all-inclusive packages, depending on their nature. My range of carefully selected products includes custom-made books, albums, prints and mounted or framed images, all sourced from top-quality suppliers. I am also available to help you get the best from your investment, including advice in choosing photographic products or designing professional business tools such as PowerPoints, web stories, brochures and books.
